Alumni Assocaition Subscription Services
SACL bundled the most critical alumni leader support tools into a robust package that enhances access, provides visibility, and transcends turnover.
The association and its chapter network have access to the following tools through a “command center” for all chapter leadership management activity and SACL administration. The association utilizes the AssociaHub as the entire chapter network "command center" while the chapters each have a ClubHub. In addition to maintaining access to all chapter-specific ClubHubs, the association further benefits from its own account containing the following tools and services, as well as additional features. All services are cloud-based with 24/7 access.
The association subscription services include five tools. The first three are referred to as the Association or Chapter Back Office and includes a specialized server, contacts and a calendar. The other two tools are databases of either sample documents or training materials. Read on for more.
These tools are available to individual chapters; however, when offered to the chapter network through an association subscription, it significantly expands the services to a level of functionality and access not possible to one-off chapter subscribers.

My Association and My Chapter Libraries
An association-specific and chapter-specific file storage system much like a server at the office. For the association, it provides a series of folders and documents viewable network-wide, perfect for dissiminating the most up to date policies, logos and forms.
For chapters, it provides a means to organize and maintain chapter materials, meeting minutes, reports, pictures, annual reports and more in a manner that confidently transcends leadership or association turnover. The association will have access to chapter files for easy sharing.
My Assocaition and My Chapter Contacts
A chapter-specific contacts database for organizing officer contact details as well as those of chapter vendors, partners and sponsors. It acts as a safe memory for maintaining the chapter’s contacts for banking, catering, website, venue and other relationships, also transcending officer turnover.
My Association and My Chapter Calendars
An association-specific and chapter-specific, multi-layered, customizable Calendar. For the association, it can populate its and the chapter calendars with football games, president's conference calls, other events that the complete chapter network should know.
At the chapter level, it is a dedicated tool for chapter scheduling and activities. It provides instant access for chapter planning and event scheduling while preventing against scheduling over important national or religious holidays, major sporting events such as the Super Bowl, or other significant events including the night before taxes are due.
