Welcome sponsors! What a great opportunity to get a foothold in the beginning of it all! We would love you to be a part of this landmark event, and what is likely to be the first of many such events across the country. As this is a launching pad, sponsorship levels are ridiculously low with no add-on costs (free parking, free lunch, etc.). You can make a major impact on any budget.

The workshop will take place on the lovely campus of the University of Dallas, conveniently located between Dallas and Fort Worth near the airport. You will be part of a small, select group of invited vendors guaranteeing personal contact with the attendees – alumni club leaders and alumni relations professionals. For pennies, you can be an instrumental part of making history, while making valuable business contacts.

Your support helps keep the registration costs low, allowing many more volunteers to benefit from the programming and networking. Thank you!

Attendee Description
Attendance is expected to be primarily volunteer alumni club/chapter leaders, some alumni relations professionals, and selected sponsors. All together, we anticipate about 60 people for this inaugural event.

The primary attendee group – volunteer alumni leaders – is local people who are the officers and board members of alumni clubs. They are the leadership of small to very large populations of residents. Each alumni club may represent up to tens of thousands of local alumni. They also represent a vast cross section of businesses operating in the region.

Additionally, these are the people who determine what events are planned for the alumni populations – and where. They are seeking interesting venues, trendy bars and restaurants, memorable experiences, and much more. They want to build long-term relationships with local businesses. They are tasked with creating fresh menus of events year after year – help them! Let them know about your offerings.

Broad Exposure
Although this event targets local club/chapter volunteer leaders of alumni clubs, marketing efforts will be directed towards alumni relations departments of hundreds of colleges and universities as well as directly to local leaders. Recognition of sponsors will be broad.

General Sponsorships
Sponsors are welcome to stay all day and interact with attendees throughout the program. However, the most valuable time is likely to be during the Lunch with Sponsors hour. Sponsors are welcome to join in the lunch, and choose various levels of increased exposure.

There are four levels of general sponsorship as follows with benefits:

In-Kind Sponsorships
In addition to general sponsorships, an organization can sponsor a specific part of the program, such as:

  1. Fully Funded books (8 sponsorships available) - $100 provides the recently published book “Fully Funded: Outrageously Successful Ways to Fund and Alumni Chapter” for five attendees
  2. Welcome bags (1 sponsorship available) – donation of bags
  3. Lunch (2 sponsorships available) – donation of meal for the participants
  4. Desserts (2 sponsorships available) – Donation of desserts for the participants

Benefits will be commensurate with financial commitment equivalent to sponsorship levels.

Set-up Schedule
Sponsors are encouraged to be set-up by 11:00 am and may take down their table as early as 12:30 pm. The most fruitful opportunity to interact with attendees will be during the Lunch with Sponsors; however, sponsors are welcome to stay through the program

It is possible to temporarily park at the building for unloading. Afterwards, your car will need to be moved to the nearby parking lot.
