We LOVE Sponsors!

Welcome to the ONLY regional training and networking event for the volunteer leaders of collegiate clubs and chapters!

What an exciting to be a part of the RIVAL Workshop in North Texas!

As we are still a young event, though now proven, sponsorship levels are ridiculously low with no add-on costs. You can make a major impact on any budget. You will be part of a small, select group of invited vendors guaranteeing personal contact with the attendees.

Your support helps keep the registration costs low, allowing many more volunteers to benefit from the programming and networking. Thank you!

Attendee Breakdown
This year we are anticipating 80 to 100. Attendance is expected to consist primarily of volunteer alumni club/chapter leaders and alumni relations professionals from various colleges and universities.

The primary attendee group – volunteer alumni leaders – consists of local residents and leaders in the community who are also officers and board members of their respective alumni clubs. The alumni groups they represent span small clubs to those serving tens of thousands of local alumni. These are the people who determine what events are planned – and where. They are seeking interesting venues, trendy bars and restaurants, memorable experiences, and much more – help them!

These people are also the ones who determine what fundraisers will happen and what services the club or chapter will need. They want to build long-term relationships with local businesses for these services.

Additionally, although they will come together at the RIVAL Workshop wearing their volunteer hats, by weekday they lead complete other lives representing a vast cross-section of professions, functions and interests in the business and consumer spaces. Each of those businesses needs products and services as well. Make the most of it!
